Ringed Horizon LLC provides AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, backup, virtualization, managed IT, and software services subject to these terms.

Service Usage

Clients agree to use Ringed Horizon services lawfully and in accordance with all applicable regulations.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due according to agreed contract terms. Subscription services renew according to purchased plans.

Data Protection

Ringed Horizon implements reasonable security controls but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid for services during the preceding twelve months unless otherwise required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to contractual obligations and notice requirements.
